Former Rome Catholic ace pitcher Joe Melioris was called up from the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim’s Arizona League Angels on Tuesday and made his debut for the team’s Rookie Class affiliate the Orem Owlz of the Pioneer League on Wednesday night.
